10 * (1:30 on, 1 minute off) on the bike. Felt surprisingly good for having eaten four-ish brownies in advisory (thank you, Katherine - and Abby!).
Miss running but I know I"ll be back on the track soon.
The bike kept stopping so I have no idea how long this was.
