Weather: 5:00 p.m. 60 and nice!
Comments:
Ran 5 miles easy during practice. Then went to track and ran 6x200. Then a cool down for just over 7 on the day. 200's didn't feel good at all but not much speed right now and biked 24 yesterday. A good workout and run though. Would only let me enter 4z 200 and not 5 for some reason. Added mileage on to cool down.
