Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
My lightest run in quite a while. I ran down into the city and then up to the Zuti Tabija where I stretched did moving dynamics and sprint drill for 10-15 minutes, mostly focused on strengthening my hips. Sporadic hip pain on my runs had me somewhat concerned, though it hasn't yet caused me to cut short a race or workout. I then spend a few more miles exploring Vratnik and other windy little neighborhoods in Old Town. When I got back I felt like I'd been running a long time and though I'd exceeded my goal by half a mile, I still wasn't really looking forward to the rest of my runs this week. I need a change in attitdue.
