Workout #1

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cloudy, cool

Comments:
First workout on the plan. We jogged 1.25 miles easy and flat to warmup.

Then ran 4 sets of 3,2,1 minute pieces uphill with 90 seconds of easy jogging between everything. Starting from Ledgelawn Avenue, out to loop road where we started the wrokout up the loop road to end at top of Cadillac Mnt. About 1500 feet of climbing. We got picked up at the top by some friends.

Here is where having family and friends that support you counts. I could never do a workout like this without getting picked up on top. Sure I could run down after, but running down 1500 feet simply beats up the body. So make sure anyone who is willing to support you gets your thanks.
