Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
1 hour run.
Do not look at pace.
Do not look at distance.
Just run for an hour as follows:
Run 10 min easy
Run 5 min moderate effort
Run 10 min easy
Run 5 min. Moderate ... and so on until you hit 1 hour.
You look at distance at the end!!
