Comments:
Ran with a lovely human which was soooooo nice. Got some good life advice. The cherry blossoms are exquisite! Feeling good.
All in all, I think I did okay for vacation training. I ran five times, biked once, and walked at least 5 miles and often more for 9 of the days. I could have run a little more, but considering that I didn't have a place to cross train and I was walking so much, I didn't want to push it. I didn't get to do any of the scheduled workouts except a pathetic, short tempo, so I'm not sure if I made progress, but I definitely didn't lose fitness, so I'm pretty happy with that. So excited to be back with the team and to race again on Saturday!
