The outside inside workout.

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
After the end of season team meeting me Brett and Kurt went over to the track to workout with Coach Sylvester. Once we got there we found that the drack was dark so Coach drove us back to Veale to run the workout indoors. Runing inside sucks. My left calf is sore not from the speed or anything but just from all the turns. Brett had another stealer workout which was great! He's really looking good which bodes well for us during the season. For me and Kurt this workout was good too. I didn't think it was particularly hard just running around that track sucked. Overall a pretty good workout day. I'm now going to jog all week and probably keep training through the 5th and then take off ofr awhile during finals week. Coach said he's got all our workouts planed for break too which was great.
Workout format: 800, 200, 6,2,5,2,4,2,3,2,2,2. Each of the longer intervals was coupled into its own "set" with the 200 following it. 1min rest between intervals. 3min between sets. Long intervals were supposed to be at 75 pace, 200 in 30-32Rest was good never really got too much into debt.
