Exercise Type: Weights

Worked on my powerlifting especiall the Snatches with Fabrese a lot toady. DId lots of practice reps with him. He is so helpful!

Hang Snatch
warmup 6 with 65, then sets of 3,3,2,2 with 85.
(On the last set I really really worked on form with Fabrese. I've gotta get lower so I can don't have to lift the weight as high that way I can do more weight which is good. I feel like I got it down. Although I'll still have to practice a bunch to master the perfect form. Gotta keep the legs in)

Clean from floor
4x 105, 2x3 with 115, 2x2 with 125
(This form passes inspection. I caught it where I was supposed to which was good but also felt weird. But I'm still increasing weight which was good. I'll go up moer next week although I think I'm gettin to the point where I'm doing the right weight)

Shin Raises
2x20 with 25
(NOt bad I get tired after all the reps but I'm definitly getting stronger at this. Probably should add weight in the future)

Extra Lifts
Calf Raises
2x20 with 45 on machine
(Since my calves always get so sore I figured doing these couldn't hurt. My calves really burn doing these but I'm hoping they will pay off later when I don't get so sore and cramp up after workouts)

Pullups
8,7,6
(I've noticed I've been recovering better from these so now I can do a decent amount after the first set which is good. Still trying to get that elusive goal of ten consistantly)

DB arm runs
2x100 with 5
(Following Coach Lanese's instructions I'm doing these. THese definitly will help cuz at the end of the second set I felt exactly how I feel when I'm coming down that straight away in fast workouts. Hopefully this will alow me to pump high the whole way through)

Genaeal Comments: My arms were pretty sore after wards and the,re tired now as well . Good workout especiall for the form work I got in
