Warm up 1 mile easy...

Then this is a wave run where you are running .25 moderately fast and .25 easy but no stopping for 3 miles.

I would aim for the fast ones to be around 7:45 pace or so And the easy ones are still moving but can be like 9 ish or high 9’s min pace.

So you are alternating easy, fast every quarter mile.
Thursday is pretty light so today is definitely a bit harder than easy.

Cooldown easy 1 mile for a total of 5!
