Since not racing here is the alternative!!!
We’ve done this one before but it’s. Good one!

Warm up 1 miles easy

Run .5 miles fast
Jog .1 miles
Run .4 miles fast
Jog .1
Run .3
Jog .1
Run .2
Jog .1
Run .1
Jog .1

Repeat this two mike set once for a total of 4 miles of fast/slow running.
Cooldown a few min. easy if have the time!!
Remember the jogs are just shuffles. Wantvyou moving for recovery but nothing hard.

If racing Kimberly, today is just an easy 4 miles.
Really want to hit some miles since missed some runs last week.
Want to be ready for villages!!
