Weather: 8:00 a.m. Battlefield
Comments:
Ran from house in AM. Ran 2 miles up over to wal mart and trail. Then ran 6-5-4-2-2 on with 2:00 off between. Ran 5:50-6:10 pace and struggled bad!!! Hamstrings hurt, calve hurt, and foot and toe hurt. Maybe need some downtime. About 1 mile down and walked about 1/2 mile home!
