Comments:
Decided that the running around I was doing on the infield of the track during Woodward Relays at Prep would be sufficient for today given I have the Boston Marathon in two days. Also did a bit of hip work until Anthony told me to knock it off supposedly for my own good but probably so he can win a hoagie from me. No spectacular team accomplishments but a lot of amazing individual performances including some surprise PRs, break out race in new events, and excellent pacing under hot and lonely conditions
