Weather: misty/rainy, mid 50s, very humid
Comments:
Kinda gross outside, but first workout since states anyway, 8x200 in 30-32 with 200 jog. Went 30, 32, 32, 31, 30, 31, 31, 30. Jog was about 70. Felt pretty rusty with the faster stuff, but still good quality without too much volume. Easy workout, gotta be careful still
