Ok so some of your log is not filled out;), but I know that you have had some great sessions since the last two 5ks.
Once again, I believe you are the fittest you’ve ever been. Yes we missed some runs with the back issues, but you have carried over fitness from months ago.

I don’t know much about this course, but I do think that once again you can go out with a crowd that is faster than you(most likely men) and feed off their energy the first half of the race.
If feeling good, let’s try to hit a 7 min mile or close to it but do it by staying behind other runners.

Like any 5k, there will be some pain, especially when trying to run your fastest.
But I think if you push the middle mile and try to make this one your fastest of the day, you will be able to hang On in the 3rd even if it’s a little slower.
There is no pressure. You’ve PR’d twice in the last two 5ks.
All I ask and I think all you want is to do your best with no regrets.

I say we go for a fast time. If it doesn’t work out that’s ok.
But you have to look at what your body has done these last months since we started to work together again!!!
You are faster than ever!!!
