Comments:
This made me realize how much I NEED track practice to tell me when to run. I only got back from post-skip day at 6 and promptly freaked out about my senior paper and lost my window to run outside.
And.... 9:45 pm is not an appropriate time and neither is the treadmill barefoot and not wearing running clothes (the first mile).
Felt good though, icing IT band now.
