Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran down Lakeshore drive while visiting campus. It was such a pleasant run and perfect weather (50s and slightly cloudy) that I barely noticed my feet. IT band feels fine. I would have gone longer but my parents wanted me back. On the way back, there was someone running in blue around 50-60 meters in front of me that really motivated me to pick up the pace a little bit. Still steady run pace but not as slowly as I was going out.
I did 9 striders after near Campus Drive. They felt good and it felt nice to focus on form and go faster.
When I got back, I did 20 minutes on the elliptical to round out what my run should have been and then crunch progression.
