Comments:
Legs felt "Hella" heavy after yesterday. Like MF bricks. I suppose yesterday was a good load. Definitely miss this assimilation period - feeling heavy - but knowing it is a part of the process. Ate Habit Burger literally right before the run (Veggie on Sourdough) - felt that a little bit, but good gut training nonetheless.
