Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Nate wanted to do a workout so we decided on hills. Considering the lift this morning and long ass run this past weekend and increasing milage I'm probably pushing myself a little hard right now. Need to relax and enjoy the process of getting back in shape. One workout a week and one lift per week. Probably not on the same day? Jury still out on that.
As for the workout we did 2x long hill at the meadow full rest then 3x short steeper hill at the meadow pretty much full rest. Felt real good to sort of focus on form and work through some intervals.
Only real goal for this workout is strength and form work. So as soon as things started to break down it was time to stop. Took the pace relatively slow but it felt good to go through the motions.
Probably more hills for workout days in the next few weeks. Maybe a tempo or fartlek or something tbd
