4x400 with 400 recovery + 100.
This song was stuck in my head the entire workout. Went to Georgetown Running after lunch to get new shoes and wore them for the workout and then did Game Ready w/ Veronica around 3:30. It's amazing how much your feet don't ache when you aren't wearing shoes that you needed to replace a month ago and kept putting off.
Ran over with Camilla. Was a steam roller w/ Hannah and Evan (who unfortunately hurt his leg) and then combined groups with the mobile cranes (Sophie and Lucia) and Amanda. (4x400 with 400 rest, target time sub-95)

Was inspired by Anthony's talk yesterday and got super psyched to push myself even though I felt terrible during striders.
First one went out too fast and the others felt progressively harder. On the third one I tried to trick myself into thinking it was the last one and pushed hard and was unhappy it was the same time as the second one but all in all good workout!

Felt unsatisfied after the last one bc I kinda hit a wall 250m in and I wanted to run it sub-80 which did not happen so Lauren and Nomi let me do a 100 (which was basically a glorified strider because I'm not great at sprinting) which used up all of my energy/dissatisfaction. Slow jog back with Sophie and Nomi (and Caleb for a bit).

82, 85, 85, 84 which I'm VERY happy about (bodes well for the 8 hint hint Anthony)
Update: Did this workout exactly a year ago and I am much faster this year!
