Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
In the weight room. Did the "foothills" workout on low resistance for about 20 minutes and then biked steady at 3.0 resistance. Then hopped on the elliptical, which felt much more recovery-esque.
Stretched but will ice and do strength later.
