Weather: 60s and mostly cloudy

Comments:
As usual with Penn, very little sleep, but a very satisfying day with our 4x1, 4x4, and senior spectators! Did a quick dash to the pharmacy and a few other little runs throughout the day, including running to the bus to retrieve three enormously heavy bags for early departing folk. Longest runs were 10-12 minutes with male sprinters after they arrived, and the 34 minute run (Not positive about times today) with the senior distance spectators. Meandered the Southwest corner of center city and rambled on citysplaining Philadelphia. Calves were a bit tight after the sprints last night and my plantar fascias were both quite unhappy from that too. I've gotten away from core and need to get back to it! Time and distance below reflect all the runs of the day lumped into one giant guess.
