Comments:
I have a bad habit of leaving running until the last minute before dinner and then not having enough time to do a real run. Gotta work on that. Got out for just a 15 minute jog, but it felt good to do something because I had the kind of day where I accomplished nothing and was feeling gross and bad about myself. Went VanNess to Nebraska to Albemarle to Reno. Shins felt kinda bad which I'm not happy about. Listened to a joint spotify playlist that all the people on my college Facebook group are adding to which I think is so sweet and meant that it was a very eclectic mix of music which made the run more exciting. Also, Margaux Ameer drove by me on Reno and yelled hi. Crunch progression and 12 nose-to-the-floor pushups after.
