Workout # 2

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cloudy, cool

Comments:
1 mile easy out to the golf course. Ran 9x3:00 pieces with 90 seconds jog rest. Tried to stay around 10-k effort or even a bit easier to start. Pretty slick on the wet grass and muddy in places so pace wise it was pretty slow going. I only fell once and had another reat save. Was chased a couple of times by dogs which seems to be a Thanksgiving tradition. The last 2 pieces I ran on a flat section of pavement and a bit faster. Easy jog back. About 8 miles total.

Like Tuesdays workout it's nothing special, but I'm slowly working back into things, and getting confidence back. It's time to get strong again and these first couple of workouts will help me do that.
