Comments:
Made the mistake of eating 30 minutes before practice where Jeff warned me I would get a cramp. Unfortunately, he was right and the entire workout felt absolutely disgusting and I was on the verge of throwing up the entire time and mucus was terrible and I think I'm getting sick. SO grateful I had my teammates to pull me along. Ran over with Dora and Ana-Sophia and then was in a nice distance girls group (sans the 2-milers) w Joyce, Ana-Sophia, Lucia, Sophie, and Camilla. Did my best on the workout and feel really bad now but I think if I hydrate and get more than 5 hours of sleep tonight it will be okay. I feel actually kind of fast and taper-ing!
