Long run

Comments:
Long run today. Banked on warming into it since the first half was entirely down hill. Paid off. Even though I was a bit stiff and feeling tired by the time I turned around I was feeling pretty good. I think I'm sort of wired to push the pace through MLK from so many tempos there. So had to keep consciously slowing it down but kept creeping back up.
Heart rate was a little high due to that. Hopefully things at work will quiet down and I can get some better sleep soon.
