Week caught up to me! Was out late last night at Moksa - Nick finally got his Masters (in Education) - so 6 of us met there (our boss Ben, Nicks brother in law Andy, and 2 good buddies of his that I’ve known from our days at WJU, Ryan & Daniel - both of them are teachers/professors) from 7p-11p - only had 3 beers - that’s definitely my limit - anything more is venturing into “SFRC Hat Territory” lol
Warmed up into run along the winding “Lake Sonoma singletrack” - grassy hillside that undulates over and over. Ran to the steep hill I did a workout on last week and just practiced hiking. Glutes and Hammies were fatigued which was good. Another good training week!
