Today was my off day but I ended up doing a lot of strength and yoga and thought it was worthy of logging (for myself even)
Crunch progression 30s per
Clams 3x30 each side
Plank progression 1:15 per
PLL 20 per
Silly walks
Inner thigh exercise thing
Deadbugs
Russian twists 2x50

And then stretched for a minute per. it felt really good. #hungry for champs week!
