Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
... didn't feel like it. Felt absolutely awful on the run over and warmups and felt a little better on striders. My nap between the end of my classes (lunch!) and practice made me feel less tired, but sitting in the sun for an extended period of time didn't help... I'll be more cautious about drinking water and staying indoors for the rest of the week. Workout was 5x300 with strict 100m (1 minute) cooldown with 70s target time, which felt pretty conservative. Hannah (who was the only other person in my group/same workout/same target time was off questing so I joined up with Joyce, Ana, and Abby who were doing 10x300 at 67 and I figured I could stick with them if I was only doing 5!)
The first one felt good and the rest felt progressively worse. I was timing but do not trust my watch at all. On The penultimate Abby was very very encouraging where I just tried to tuck in behind/with her and I think I definitely pushed myself more there. Afterwards took a slow cooldown lap with Maddi and Nomi and then did a 150 where I focused on form the first 50 and then tried to kick the last 100 to make the total distance more than a full 1600 (which, shockingly transparently, is what I think I'm racing... excited but also very very scared).
Ran back slowly with Maddi and had a really nice conversation that reminded me how much I'm going to miss this team. Got super sentimental when Anthony told me I'd spent a lot of time on AU from tennis to track and I really thought it could be my last time on this track.... ahhh....
