Comments:
X-trained to recover from the workout on my IT band. First 25 was before practice and pretty solitary, and then second 15 was ellipticalling where Oliver and Arthur H were biking, which was much more enjoyable. Felt good and tried to keep my focus up even though I was just going steady. I'm trying not to get too nervous and to channel my energy into racing smart at championships.
