Today’s focus was just time on feet plus getting some more vert in. Ran the standard out/back on Whitney Oaks Trails, but switched things up and added x5 on a super steep 200m hill and the steps. That def worked the glutes & hammies.

Ran back to car, switched out handhelds and finished with x5 backside of park (road). Mixed in running and hiking. On the last one, started the same time as a biker - couldn’t let him beat me :) ~2,200’ vert in 10mi’s
