we went for a warmup really early, then stretched. we had to warm up again and stretch again. i started out really fast. i was in about 4th for the first 800 meters, then fell back to about 16 by the mile, where my split was 5:41. i got to the 2 milemark at 12 minute, a 6:19 split. my last mile was really bad. i went with noah and mr. nagle. i finished with a time of about 18:29.
