They really should let you drink water during those. Felt so bad after the first two because I just felt so dehydrated and could. not. run. fast. My legs have been feeling a little bad these couple of days and I don't quite know why because I'm getting enough sleep and stretching and icing. Ran over with Ana and Joyce and then did workout! First 2 felt okay others felt progressively worse. Chalking it up to dehydration. I think I want to time trial either the 16 or the 8 and this weekend I across this diary entry in 7th grade that was about how I wanted to run 6:12 in the mile someday because it was my birthday backwards...unsure how attainable that is... @anyone who wants to pace me...?. That got me thinking about the 800 and how I have literally only run it once (and in a relay) this season when I ran it FIVE times either in the 4x8 or open last season.... kinda sad about that but it is what it is. I miss it :(
