Comments:
Feeling like total garbage lately. Was going to take today off but needed a boost this evening. Didn't feel great on the run but some guy waiting at an intersection yelled 'I believe in you!' in a super encouraging way and it felt real great. Then when he drove past again we exchanged waves. Great moment.

Got a bit light headed halfway through the run and it didn't get better. Felt woozy for a good bit after finishing. Maybe it's the new medication or little sleep or all the work stress. Hopefully the last two will be resolved soon.

Really burning the candle from both ends right now. Gotta stay focused.
