Weather: Cool but warmed up a great deal

Comments:
Had a lovely run until around 14km and then it all fell apart. Awful last 6 or 7km. No energy couldn't get going and as a result a time far slower than what would have seemed to have been the case at half-way. Don't know what went wrong today after running reasonably well over the last few weeks.
