Hollins mill loop

Weather: cold and windy...but dry

Comments:
First run after the marathon. Felt a bit of a pull in the knee. Aware that I need to stretch much better before and after runs. A decent little pace with some stretching breaks mixed in. will probably try to run at this distance or slightly above for a while.
