Comments:
Did a Westmoreland in the blazing heat for my first run. Lots of hills, left my legs kinda tired. Will go shorter tomorrow probably, don't wanna do over 30 this week I think. Felt pretty good for the first half, but then the heat got to me I guess and I started to feel pretty gross. Could've gone a lot worse though. I'm super excited for this summer.
