Comments:
Ran out and back on MacArthur and then through the neighborhood. Trying to run up at least 2 or 3 big hills each run this summer as one of my goals–today I did the long uphill on Walhonding from MacArthur all the way to Mass. Then I went up the Nahant hill and onto Madawaska for some more rolling hills to finish it off. Felt really good, and the really nice weather (about 72 and sunny with low humidity for once) surely helped. A bit sore, but it'll go away once I get into the swing of things. Did some core, stretching and rolling afterwards.
