States: A day of surprises

Comments:
Thrown into the 4x8 after not hydrating, not icing, routinely staying up late (don't worry, I was waking up late too) and not in the mindset to do anything fast after my time trial.
My goal was to maintain position. It ended up just fine. Love this team. Ran with nobody in sight (except the girl who I lapped, which provided a nice point to get up to during the first lap) and tried to make sure the Wilson girl didn't catch up to me. It succeeded.
Getting to stand up on that podium was really cool, as was the feeling of satisfaction watching my teammates compete their hearts out. Countless PRs and season bests to cap off an amazing four years. Ran Good.
