20 min warm up jog the 6x100 strides National race 8 km in Guelph hard race first lap was to fast and faded 7:05 first lap 5km split 19:03 and finished 31:38 for 86th overall felt total wiped at the end need to put in more miles to get my endurance up but still pretty happy with my first season have seen some pretty big improvement this year and am starting to get more confidence in my ability
