Originally supposed to be 20 minute tempo around the soccerplex grounds and some 300s on a soccer field, but the fields were closed and the tempo got pretty aggressive, kinda tough after 5 minutes. Kind of a hilly route, felt okay, not great. 2x150 hill sprints full effort right after. Lots of running around cheering afterwords
