Weather: Cool start but warmed up nicely
Comments:
Definitely my best run over 10km in a long, long time. Route slightly short as normal, but except for one walk to adjust the cellphone strap, I ran the whole way, even on the hills and through the waterpoints. Still not where I want to be, but this is a huge improvement on what I've been doing recently, so I'm pretty content.
