Weather: Cool but comfortbale
Comments:
Tiger Trail Run. Don't get me wrong - this is an incredibly tough route and I walk 80% of it. But I was very pleased to do the route 7 minutes better than when I last did it on the 24th March 2019. A great improvement and I'm looking forward to continued training towards the marathons in the second half of the year.
