Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Cool but warmed up a lot on the second lap.
Comments:
Lovely run - my best time on a 21.1km this year. Ran steadily and well until about 16km, getting there in 1:59, which is good for me nowadays. Should have really gone under 2:40 but struggled a bit over the last 4 or 5km, reflecting that my stamina and fitness is still now where it should be, but this is a big step in the right direction.
