Weather: Cold and still & clear.
Comments:
Not my best run. Legs felt tired at the start and I really struggled to get into any sort of pace. The second half of the run was better and the good news is that there was not walking, but the run was completely devoid of any speed. Mileage done, but this needs to improve.
