Long swim

Down to Sea Colony and partway back. Mostly crawl, with a bit of breaststroke in the middle. A bit dull, but a good enough workout to allow me to recover from the massive macaroni and cheese lunch I’d made for myself and get my appetite up for dinner (and that’s what really matters).

I overshot actually. Dad and I had to go get outselves ice cream right away since dinner and the inevitable post-dinner ice cream course were too far off.
