Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Cold but warmed up a lot during the run.
Comments:
To some strain on the run home, but overall, despite the very slow but deliberate pace, I feel OK for doing 28km. Certainly another 14km would be a real challenge but we would do it and I'm happy because this was a tough route and gives me a good idea on where I am with my fitness.
