Exercise Type: Run
Weather: nice, 76, but kind of humid
Comments:
2.1 (16:13) warm-up to the track plus one lap around;
8 400's with 200 jog in between: 83, 86, 84, 84, 83, 84, 85, 77
then a lap and two quick striders barefoot on the infield, then back to the apartment.
I was surprised to see two other people on the track at 9:30 on a Friday night: one was a sprinter, the other a football player for west virginia who went to shaw high school.
These felt easier then last time even though I had considerably less rest. I did all but one under pace and all but the last one felt really in control. Maybe next week i'll do 800's or some kind of ladder.
