Comments:
Loosened things up yesterday so felt a ton better today. Wanted to gauge the aerobic system so did a simple fartlek: 1min ON, 3min Steady (x3). On’s We’re 5:50-6min pace and off’s were 6:50-7:10. I’m always more encouraged when the “offs” 1. Start to feel easier and 2. There’s no huge drop off which tells me pacing was right and body is recovered.
