Comments:
Ran again on a treadmill at my cousin's gym. Didn't have the motivation to go 35 today, so I just went 30 and made it more intense. Did a hill program for 12 minutes and then got bored and just increased the speed for two different pickups, a 3.5 minute fast tempo and a 1 minute hard pickup. Felt accomplished. There was a total downpour while I was running that I somehow didn't even notice. Florida's weather is whack.
