Bike on Sligo

Nice bike ride up and down the sligo creek trail. Wanted to give my knees and lower calves (achilles area) a break from the running but still wanted to continue my 6 days a week.

Watch has me averaging 14.1 mph over the whole ride with a max speed of 24 mph.

Note: Left quad for most of ride was hurting more than right quad which is likely because of imbalance meaning its taking more of the work than the right quad (where the knee surgery was)
